Shhhhhh...

I know, I know...I seem to blog only once a month or so, but don't stop checking up on us. :)

It's almost 11p.m., I've got the whole night to myself. (That's good for a nightowl, which I am.)

Why do I have the whole night to myself, you ask? Well, because my sweet hubby is camping out with Jace in the living room right now. That's right, they've got the air mattresses, movie, and popcorn goin'. Or, at least we did until everyone got sleepy. I'd be right in there with them now, but I get a "pass" since there's no way I could sleep on an air mattress right now. Jacer' earned this campout night by filling up his "Big Boy" chart with stickers. Jace picked a living room campout as the reward for meeting his goal. This is his favorite thing to do, ever since his dad introduced him to them a year ago. What a dad! I'm really seeing the different roles moms and dads play within the family. Yes, Kendall will always be more creative and fun than me, but that's his natural role that he enjoys and takes pride in that. So, this post is not really about me, but my special guys 'camping out' in the other room right now. :)

And...I'm having fun in the meantime. Since they've gone to sleep, I've cleaned the bathrooms, taken out the trashes, and done my first blog post in a month! No, I'm not really a neat freak...just "nesting" I think.
