"Heaven-is-a-Wonderful-Place..."

I'm always telling Jace, "You're a thinker, son.", when he comes up with his insights and ideas.

Here's a couple of comments/ conversations that I keep marveling at:

(Two weeks ago)
Jace: "Mom, I can't wait to get to Heaven."
Mom: "Me neither, son."
Jace: "Yea...but it's takin' alot of days to get there!"
Mom: "I know, it does feel like a long time 'til we get there."

(Two days ago)
Jace: "Mom, can I go up in a hot air balloon?"
Mom: "Yes, when you're an adult, you can do stuff like that."
Jace: "But mom...I don't think I want to, 'cuz it would take me far away from home."
Mom: "Well, when the balloon lands on the ground, there'll be a car to drive you back here."
Jace: "I could just ask Jesus to bring me back."
Mom:"Oh,...do you think that hot air balloon would take you all the way up to Heaven to see Jesus?"
Jace:"Yea."
Mom: "Well, they don't actually go up that high. Heaven is farther away than the sky. Do you want to go and see Jesus?"
Jace: "Yea"
Mom: "Me too!"
