Jace and his long time buddy, Hannah got to go on a field trip to the zoo. They let their mothers tag along. :) These two were so excited, and we hadn't even gone in yet!
The teacher in me loved this part: The kids would pull out their maps constantly and look where they wanted to go next.
Hmmmm, you know Hannah, we've been sitting here 10 minutes and that turtle hasn't moved yet.
These were my favorites. Bright RED flamingos!
Oh mom, I'm glad that snake didn't like the way I tasted!
No offense, mom, but this see-saw doesn't really work with
you on it.
Um Hannah, don't want to worry you or anything, but there's a crocodile right behind you.

This was cool: a slide that went under water. The otters swam around you as you slid down.
I can ROAR like that lion!

Looks like lots of fun. I've been looking for a good zoo to take the girls, too. We'll have to try out this one....minus that yucky snake!
