We went with a few friends to the Express' open house, before the season started. It's free to all, and there are plenty of free activities for the whole family.
Here's my baseball buffs. Of course, Jace is pumped! 
Posing with a poster of Spike is as close as Jace wanted to get to the Express Mascot. Funny...he seemed to have conquered this fear last season. Guesss Jace'll have to warm up to him again this year. Go figure. 
The 'berm' seating is so inclined that the kids would rather 'roll' down it than sit on it! 
Looks like the gang's taken over the players' locker room! 
This must be hard work for the dads. 
The highlight for the guys was getting to field balls right on the ball field!

I think we see here which kid was the most excited to be out there. And I'm not kidding, Ryan was so in his element and enjoying himself to no end!

Aw, that was fun! I'm glad we've made this is family tradition - at least for 2 years straight! I'm already to go next year. My favorite part was the locker room and the scantily-clad baseball players...JOKING!!! : ) Like I said earlier, checking blogs too late in the day when exhaustion has turned to crude humor!
